Jotmori orders ship directly from our supplier in China to the destinations below.

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC, plus Canada’s ten provinces. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, Yukon, the Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.

Shipping rates

• United States: US$7 per order.
• Canada: US$6 per order, converted to Canadian dollars at checkout.

Checkout shows the shipping charge and currency before payment. Our store’s base currency is USD; Canadian prices use Shopify’s currency conversion.

Processing and delivery

For our current journal accessories, including paper, stickers, tape, bookmarks, and desk accessories, the supplier estimates approximately 1–3 days for processing, followed by 5–11 days in transit to eligible US destinations or 7–15 days to Canada’s ten provinces. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs, carrier delays, and stock changes can add time.

Tracking your parcel

Tracking information will be added to your order when it is supplied by the shipping partner. It can take time for a carrier to record the first scan. Items may arrive in separate parcels.
